Delivery charges

Charges are based on the number of suits in your parcel:

• 1 suit — PKR 250
• 2 suits — PKR 350
• 3 – 4 suits — PKR 450
• 5 – 6 suits — PKR 650
• 7 – 10 suits — PKR 750
• More than 10 suits — PKR 900

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched the same working day once the payment screenshot is verified, provided the order is placed before 5:00 pm. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

We ship through Pakistan Post. Major cities usually receive parcels within 3–5 working days. Remote districts, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir may take 6–9 working days.

Tracking

You receive an order number on the confirmation page. Use it on our Track Order page, or message us and we will share the Pakistan Post tracking reference once the parcel is booked.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address and mobile number at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or the phone was unreachable, re-delivery is charged again at the same rate. Call 0312-4365851 to correct an address before dispatch.
