We accept advance payment only, which is what keeps our prices at wholesale level.

Payment screenshot

After sending the payment, upload a clear screenshot or receipt at checkout. The screenshot must show the amount, date and transaction ID so our team can match it against your order.

No cash on delivery

We do not offer cash on delivery. Advance payment prevents refused parcels and keeps delivery charges low for everyone.

Verification

Payments are usually verified within a few hours during shop hours. If we cannot match your payment we will call the number provided at checkout before cancelling anything.

Refunds

If we cannot fulfil your order, the full amount including delivery is returned to the same account you paid from, normally within 3 working days. For any payment question call 0312-4365851.
